Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Unrelenting Resilience (“we”, “us”) does with information when you visit unrelentingresilience.com (the “Site”) or use our Pinterest integration (the “App”). We keep it short on purpose; if anything is unclear, email contact@unrelentingresilience.com.

1. This website

• The Site has no accounts, sign-ups, forms, or comments. We do not ask you for personal information here.
• We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The Site sets no cookies of its own.
• The Site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the Site securely and defend against abuse, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not receive or keep visitor logs beyond what Cloudflare provides for security.
• If you email us, we keep the email to reply to you and delete it when it is no longer needed.

2. Our Pinterest app

The App connects to Pinterest through the Pinterest API so that an AI assistant can help manage Pinterest content on behalf of the people who authorize it — for example creating and organizing pins and boards and reading account analytics.

What we access

When you connect your Pinterest account you choose the permissions (“scopes”) to grant, and Pinterest shows you exactly what they cover. Depending on what you allow, the App may access your Pinterest profile information, your boards and pins, and analytics about your account and content. We only request the scopes needed for the features you use.

How we use it

• Only to carry out the actions you ask for and to show you the results.
• We do not sell Pinterest data, and we do not share it with third parties, advertising services included.
• We do not use Pinterest data to target advertising on or off Pinterest.
• We do not use Pinterest data to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model.

What we store

• We do not build a copy of your Pinterest content. Consistent with Pinterest’s developer guidelines, the App calls the Pinterest API when it needs information rather than storing it, apart from short-lived processing needed to complete a request.
• The access token Pinterest issues when you connect is stored securely so the App can act for you without asking you to sign in every time. It is deleted when you disconnect or ask us to delete it.
• Analytics about accounts you have expressly authorized may be kept in summary form to report on how your content performs; you can ask us to delete these at any time.

How the work is done

Tasks in the App are carried out by AI-assistant software that runs on hosted infrastructure from established technology providers. Those providers process data on our behalf to run the assistant and are bound by their own privacy and security terms. We choose settings that keep your Pinterest data out of any provider’s model training.

Disconnecting and deleting your data

• You can revoke the App’s access at any time in Pinterest under Settings → Security → Connected apps. Revoking access invalidates our token immediately.
• To have us delete any data we hold about you — tokens, analytics summaries, or emails — send a request to contact@unrelentingresilience.com from the address associated with your account. We will complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. Children

The Site and the App are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

4. Security

We use reputable providers, HTTPS everywhere, least-privilege access to tokens, and we keep as little data as the work requires. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Email us and we will help. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

6. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to how the App uses Pinterest data will be announced to connected users before they take effect.
