By using unrelentingresilience.com (the “Site”) or our Pinterest integration (the “App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. The Site

The Site is provided for information. Its content may change at any time without notice. You may link to the Site; you may not copy its content for commercial use without permission.

2. The App

You must have a Pinterest account in good standing and comply with Pinterest’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Content the App creates for you at your direction is your responsibility.
You may disconnect the App at any time from your Pinterest settings. We may suspend or end access to the App if it is misused, if Pinterest requires it, or if we discontinue the App.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

3. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site and the App are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unrelenting Resilience is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the App, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question (currently nothing).
